Beautiful result. Nice smoke ring and looks like they are still moist.  Nice cook.  Any details on cooking times and temps?

220 degrees for the 1st 3 hours, 230 for the 2nd and 280 for the last.  On the wrap I did butter, brown sugar and beer.  And yes they were very moist and delish being the only one here that eats pork they are all MINE!!!
