Couple of cooks on the SRG
« Reply #-1 on: April 03, 2017, 11:26:03 AM »
First I did a New York Strip with some potatoes wrapped in foil. Used Montreal Steak Seasoning on the steak and Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning on the tatoes. Turned out really good, tatoes were nice and soft and the steak was really good.
Second is a Turkey burger. I seasoned the turkey with Von Hanson's Blackened Cajun Marinade. I like this the best of the Cajun seasonings I've tried. Did a couple pieces of bacon, buttered and grilled the buns, used 3 alarm cheese from Sams Club, slice of red onion, spinach, Mayo and mustard. Turned out excellent.
I really like using the SRG as a grill, more so than my gas grill. Also cooks bacon really well.
Sorry, only finished pics.
