I never thought of doing that!  I have a full set for my Weber S-670 Summit and they should work quiet well on the Blackstone.  I'm going to have to give this a try!  Thanks

Love it !  I was emailing Brad the owner of GrillGrates and he told me he has grates with no holes made just for a griddles     I have not seen them but would be perfect to keep grease off the griddle right under the grate
