My new SNS will be delivered tomorrow. I have 2 racks of St Louis ribs thawing for my first cook with my new 22" Weber and my SNS.  :)

With the Slow n Sear I believe I did beef short ribs Ray. When I got the Drip n Griddle the first thing I did was flattop burgers. Just pick what you want to cook and go for it. I did the short ribs as I wanted to test the slow cooking. You could do wings and go high temp.
