First cook on the 22" Weber

Did some chicken thighs last night. Came out pretty good for my first cook on the kettle.  :)

Deb picked up a large pack of thighs today.  She likes the way they grill up in the Weber.
May not show these to her...she'll be wanting to know why ours don't look like that.

Thanks everybody. I didn't do anything special. Just some olive oil and SPG on them. Keep the temps up to 365 to 375 and I am sure yours will look the same.  :)
