Did a couple chops on both the Davy Crockett pellet smoker and the Vision P mini Kamado.
Used Big Dick's Big Kahuna rub on the chops. First time using this rub. Very nice.
Set the grill to 180 degrees. On go the chops.
When the chops reached 100 degrees I upped the grill temp to 250.
Chops reached 135. Time to move them to the Vision kub.
Seared on both sides.
Dinner is served.
