SnS Strips, spuds, & asparagus.
« Reply #-1 on: May 01, 2017, 06:46:01 PM »

Used about half chimney of charcoal. SnS stayed at a nice 250-270 and once I got close I seared the chicken. When the chicken was done I added the asparagus and let it go for about 15 minutes and seared it to get some color. This was an outstanding meal. Chicken, spuds, and asparagus we very good. I used some apple wood for a little light smoke.
SnS delivers as advertised, again.

Love to cook and eat

Nice. Like the idea of skewing those spuds. Did you rub them with olive oil?
