Grass fed burgers and flat iron steak yesterday. More of the burgers (since round one turned out so well, I used my second pack as well) and beef back ribs today. I guess the beef theme is obvious.
Love it! I wanted to do some smash burgers today for lunch on the flat top but we ended up just reheating some lasagna that I froze last weekend. I ain't complaining! As for beef theme, that's a good one to pick, lol!
