Memorial Day Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: May 29, 2017, 08:41:34 PM »
Thought I would do some baby backs on the RecTec. Here they are in the smoker with a little bit of rub.

After 3 hours it was getting ready to foil,  but first I added some sauce, butter, honey and brown sugar to the foil.

Put the ribs on the the foil and ready to wrap

Back in for 2 hours, then sauced and put on for another hour. Ribs done and ready to eat.

Plated with corn, beans, and salad

Great tasting ribs. This RecTec is getting its work out.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

I like it a lot. Doing a pizza tonight.
Great customer service. I broke the little probe flap on Sunday. Sent them an email Sunday night. Monday morning (holiday) I received an email from Ben stating that a replacement was in the mail.
