Waco is great, i went to Baylor and enjoy going back there to see games and such. Waco is growing like crazy and its a good time to be there

So right now i just have an infrared grill. I am looking to get a smoker of some sort. I am starting to look into the pellet smokers but i am unsure. Any recommendations are welcome.

We will be hanging are hats in Marlin. Yes sir that Waco is growing fast. When we left to look at houses we had a list of 14 homes to see. When we got there a day and a half later we only had 6 available on our list!!!!!

Now about pellet grills: if you want the best you go for a MAK. Nothing better, and probably nobody will ever achieve the level of quality that MAK puts out. If you want to spend a grand, the Rec Tec will be your best friend. You just can't beat it for the price. If you go below the Rec Tec in price, buyer beware....nothing is more frustrating than a low quality pellet grill.  Cry once I say  8)

Hey Blake, welcome to the forum from all of us here in middle Georgia.

I started out with an infrared grill several years ago...didn't know a thing about charcoal or wood grills & smokers. After learning so much from these folks, I have 2 kettles and an offset Smoker that I like to use.

I'm gonna try to wait on a pelletizer until I get older and find it harder to tend the fire.

Hey Backyard Jack, you are too good at what you do, I don't think you will ever be able not to tend a fire, It's like riding a bike  :)
