Pre-Hurricane Irma Meal
« Reply #-1 on: September 08, 2017, 07:48:54 PM »
Greetings from South Florida.  Since we don't know how we will be affected by Irma, I made a nice 4 lb pork loin using Memphis Dust.  Came out pretty good and enough left-overs to take us through.

Good luck to all in the storm's path

lol I made wings yesterday for Irma...still waiting to see if this thing changes yet again. Well, if I lose power and all my meat starts to thaw, you may smell BBQ over the next couple days, that will be me smoking during the aftermath
