That is GREAT!

By any chance...could you copy and paste them here as well? Some folks do not use Facebook. Seems to be a growing trend.

This week, we have a recipe for Beef Flanken Ribs. Unlike regular beef ribs, these can be cooked very quickly on your MAK. Marinate them for 30-60 minutes prior to grilling, and you can make and serve them for weeknight dinners or weekend meals.
The “ribs” are cross-cut from the short rib, so that there is approximately 2-3 inches of meat with an oval shaped bone at the top of the cut. Some folks choose to marinate the Flanken ribs overnight.
Ingredients:
3 pounds flanken short ribs, cut in 1/2-inch slices across the bones
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup brown sugar½ tsp. ginger powder
⅓ cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped fine
8 garlic cloves, peeled
Preparation:
Rinse ribs under running water. Pat dry and place in a wide shallow bowl or resealable plastic bag. In another bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add ginger, onion and garlic to mixture. Blend all ingredients.
Pour marinade over short ribs and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
After marinating ribs, remove from refrigerator. Drain off marinade and allow meat to warm up.
Cooking:
Start your MAK. Adjust temperature setting to 450F. Allow grill to come to temperature. (For grill owners with the FlameZone system, remove the FZ covers prior to igniting the grill.)
Once grill has attained cooking temperature, lay ribs across cooking grates. Cook approximately 2-4 minutes per side, flipping once. When cooked, remove and serve.

Here's another delicious and easy to make and cook recipe to enjoy during the upcoming Labor Day weekend.
Savory Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings
Who could resist the marriage between sweet onions wrapped in bacon? Makes your mouth water just thinking about it, doesn’t it! Take advantage of the soon to end sweet onion season with this delectable appetizer.
Ingredients:
4-5 medium to large sweet onions
2 packages of bacon
1/2 cup Siracha sauce
2 TBSP mayonnaise
2 TBSP MAK Chipotle or MAK Mesquite Rub
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Peel skin off onions
Slice onions into at least 1/2 inch thick slices
Remove inner core of each onion slice, leaving at least 1-2 inches of onion ring
Brush Siracha sauce liberally over top and sides of each onion ring
Now, wrap each ring with bacon. Note: most rings will require at least 3 slices of bacon to completely wrap the onion ring
Secure bacon to onion ring with a skewer or long toothpick
Brush liberally with Siracha sauce over the top and sides of each onion ring
Now, wrap each ring with bacon. Note: most rings will require at least 3 slices of bacon to completely wrap the onion ring.
Secure bacon to onion ring with a skewer or long toothpick.
Lightly sprinkle each ring with MAK Chipotle or Mesquite Rub
Dipping Sauce:
2-3 TBSP Siracha sauce
1-2 TBSP mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and wisk to blend thoroughly. Set aside until onion rings are done on the MAK
Cooking:
Start grill and set temperature to 300F. Allow grill to come to temperature. (For grills with the FlameZone, leave covers on).
Place onion rings on grill, leaving at least a half-inch of space between each ring
Cook for approximately 90 minutes, until bacon is somewhat crispy. Do not over cook bacon.
Remove, allow to cook for 5 minutes, and serve with dipping sauce
