 I may have posted this in the past but I saw it today and wanted to post again. There are some really good short videos here

They are made at the University of Mississippi.  The first one is an overview. I think they are really well done.

Thanks for posting Terry! I have had hundreds if not a thousand of Pete's Famous hotdogs, Best hot dogs ever! He is just not leaning in the counter, that is as straight as he can stand up. Birmingham is actually the hot dog capitol of the world with Pete's Famous, Sneaky Pete's, Gus's and several other great old Greek hot dog makers.

Spent nearly 2 hours watching some of these videos, Terry.
Ill watch more of tomorrow.  I love studying bbq history and the heritage of so many places of q.
