Anyone wondering about the searing capability on the 1 Star with the FlameZone...

Here's a few rib steaks we cooked up  the other evening:

If anyone had any doubts about the Mak's grilling capabilities, they wont have any now after seeing those beautiful steaks. Have you used Grill Grates on the Mak? It sure looks like you wouldn't need them though...........
