That looks pretty good. Pardon the newbie question, but what cut of beef is the "tri tip"?

Here's a link to an excellent description of a Tri-Tip Roast ...  Pay close attention to the video on how to carve a Tri-Tip roast because the grain of the meat runs in a couple of different directions.
