I cooked eight pork butts (similar weight) on my MAK several years ago for our NC State Small Bore Silhouette Match.  The only complaints I got were from the shooters who over-ate at lunch and then were too full to be comfortable to shoot in the afternoon.  As I recall, I won my class.

The Mrs. is taking care of the sides, we have cole slaw, baked beans, corn bread and mac and cheese from scratch.
