try using Argo Corn Starch instead of the baking powder next time

I thought about corn starch, but wasn't sure of the outcome.  Do you mind letting us know how the cornstarch works out?

the corn starch is supposed to give you a dryer, crisper skin than flour our baking powder
saw it on America's Test Kitchen

the standard ingredient for skin in Oriental stir fry
