PBC and Mo' Rockin' Chicken legs
« Reply #-1 on: February 08, 2014, 09:52:30 PM »
First time to break out to Mo' Rockin'

Pulled the skin back and liberally coated the legs. The put the skin back over the chicken and seasoned the skin...

The Kingsford charcoal was lit for 20 minutes and then on went the chicken with the rebar out...

45 minutes later I pulled them off. I did not turn them this time. Just left them alone until the 45 minutes was up...

And here is how the bottom of the chicken looked...

The chicken was fantastic! Just a great flavor combo with the MR ;)

I really love the color on the chicken legs, they remind me of turkey legs at the fair.
