Thanks for all the nice comments. I am excited to start posting more. I did the mod to the PBC where I bought a new grate and cut half of it so I can hang ribs while also finishing a pork butt. That works awesome the last time I did it. I will be posting more pics soon!

Wow, that turkey really does look fantastic! I'm so excited about finally trying this myself, but unfortunately I will have to wait until Christmas since we're traveling during the week of Thanksgiving.

How did you hang it? Looks REAL good! I was going to just do a breast for Thanksgiving, and let my MIL do the whole bird, but this makes me want to do a smaller whole turkey maybe...

I hung it just like in the videos on their website. Used four hooks to hang it. I did see on their facebook page they used only two hooks for a smaller turkey.

I just had the party on Saturday and the second one turned out just as good as the first one. This one was 3lbs larger and took about 3.5 hours. Everyone raved about the turkey.
