Some Bones and a Bird

Hung a rack of spare ribs rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog tonight.  Also christened the turkey hanger with a decent sized roaster chicken.  Results were solid all around.

Great combo!  Also a way to keep the turkey hanger in action other than Thanksgiving  ;D

Thanks guys!

I actually just ate the ribs last night, but I hate to waste the coals on something like a single rack so I tossed the bird in too and will eat it for lunches this week.  It cooked great on the hanger too, definitely going to keep using it for big roasters since it's less prep than halving it.
