Last week in Paducha Ky Kimmie and I had a French dip sammie at Shandie's. This week we are going to my sisters house to eat and Kimmie said she wanted me to make French dip sammies to take with us

Now my version is getting ready for Saturday. Two bottom round roast inject and marinading in coffee/beef broth

All settled in bed for Saturday morning slow roast then sear to finish

I dusted them with Fine swine and bovine to add flavor to the outside

After they were at 135 IT I set them on the SRG grate to sear the outside
