Title: Mushroom 'n Swiss Brisket Melts

Brisket, Swiss Cheese, Texas toast and mushroom sauce.... the assembly process on the griddle.

Oh man MM. That is sandwich heaven right there. What's the mushroom sauce consist of?  :P

- 8oz of sliced mushrooms sautéed
- Can of Campbell’s Golden Mushroom soup (we only use about ¾ or less of the can, all depends on how thick or thin you want your sauce)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Put on low heat and simmer.
