The “buns” where mini soft tacos with a thin layer of white Mexican cheese dip, pico de gallo, and a three pepper shredded cheese blend.

Added a slice of pepper jack cheese to the burger, topped that with more pico de gallo and some guacamole salsa. Great change of pace from the traditional burger!
