I use the same recipe for my hamburger buns. Makes 8 buns, half every ingredient, including yeast but keep one egg yolk for 4 soft hamburger buns. I hate to buy a bag of buns when I only need 4.


I love the orange yolk, so much better than the yellow ones!

I don't know how I missed this one first time it went around but I had to bookmark it to try when we get home, that is some amazing looking bread and buns. Can't wait to try it out.

I too missed this earlier.  Bookmarked now and will try later.  The loaves sure look good, and I like the buns.

It's a semi brioche recipe. I make 4 loaves a week! My wife is on a low carb diet except for this bread. LOL

Great bread. I usually can't wait for it to cool. Funny how many recipes lately have alcohol that almost goes in it.
