Don..here it is..cooks in only about 11 minutes too. Also could add 1/2 cup or so chocolate chips.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup oil (canola or extra light olive oil)
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 12-inch round baking pan (even non-stick). Sift flours, baking soda & salt onto wax paper or into a bowl. Beat butter and oil to combine and slowly beat in sugars. Add egg and continue beating until thick. Stir in vanilla. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Spread dough onto baking sheet using back of a spoon or spatula. Irregular edges are fine – it will spread while baking. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 9 to 10 minutes. Cool and slice into wedges.
I just added everything to a bowl, mixed it together, I bypassed all them steps, and put in greased pan..came out just fine. I roll that way. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
