First Post, Soup D'Jour

Well no grilling tonight for me as I promised my CEO I would make her a healthy soup.

Most ingredients lined up

Escarole, Parsnips, Garlic, Beef Hind Shanks with nice marrow bones, Shrooms and Leeks



Everything prepared, Garlic diced



Meat lightly browned, then all the ingredients except the Escarole that will go in about two thirds done. Two Quarts Beef Broth and two Quarts water.




Dry spices in, Sage, Savory, Bay Leaf, and some Crushed Red Pepper



After a few hours simmering, Kosher and Fresh Ground to taste and done



Meat pulled and cut up, so tender. Your plate, enjoy
