Multiple Smoker Cook
« Reply #-1 on: February 07, 2015, 08:40:17 PM »
Decided to make a couple of the chuck eye steaks I cut from the chuck roll I bought at RD.
Cold smoked the steaks at 150* for an hour in the Bradley using the small amazin' smoker tube and some hickory pellets.
Meanwhile I put a couple ears of corn on the cob in the SRG.
Roasted some sliced peppers and onions in the Weber gasser, sauteed some mushrooms on the stove, and made some risotto.
When the cold smoking was done, put it on the Weber to sear for a few minutes each side.
Also made some Caesar salad.
Here it is all done:

Turned out great and the good thing is I have about 6 more in the freezer.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

Unfortunately I didn't think of taking any pics until after I was done cutting and bagging.
