Grass Fed Tenderloins

If you guys have these near you you should try them out, a little leaner than American grain fed but they are inexpensive and delicious.



Idaho's washed good and then coated in EVOO and salted well, Loins coming to room temp, salted and peppered, Gus with ends cut back some, last few inches of stank peeled, Meyers Lemon Spice sprinkled on after being coated with EVOO, some pepper and some Garlic powder.



Gus on the Genny with the par/nuked Idaho's getting browned for a crispy skin



Naan brushed with EVOO and Garlic Powder



Tenderloins on the Grill Grate after the first turn and tonights Brew of choice




Naan toasted this way is one of our favorites

Cast Iron disc and a comal for tacos that sit on a stand and use propane burner.
