Hub's meatloaf
« Reply #-1 on: February 16, 2015, 06:39:39 PM »
Hub recently posted a recipe for the world's easiest meatloaf.  It has only three ingredients....ground beef, saugage, and a pack of onion mix.  I tried it tonight.  It was quick, easy, and very good.  I'm not a big fan of meatloaf that has all the "stuff" in it such as eggs, bread crumbs, etc. This was much better.  The saugage gave it a good flavor.  I know we're  supposed to post a pic, or it didn't  happen.  I'll  post one and tell you that it tastes better than it looks in the pic.
