Dont do it IMO.Do a lot more research if this is related to cholesterol.The 70 year long Framingham study puts what we are told about dietary cholesterol,among many things,shows what we think we know and what is actually happening are 2 different things.Start there if thats what this choice is about,its the gold standard of studies tracking people and diets since 1948.

I've gotten away from London Broils (Top Round) over the years, my dad wanted them cooked to death.

But looking at what you did makes me want to give 'em another try.
