I'd love that. Only grits I've ever had were when passing through Georgia. I can't find
them around where I live. Only Polenta. It's not the same.

I too love grits especially shrimp or fish and grits.  I like stone ground grits and have found that they are sometimes hard to find.  I started to buy course corn meal, and find that it is very close to the stone ground variety.  Makes good eats.
