Corned Beef Brisket At A Good Price
« Reply #-1 on: April 25, 2015, 07:29:11 PM »
Look what I bought at the Chef’s Store in Charlotte the other day.  A nice looking eleven pound corned beef brisket.  Price:  $3.33 per pound.  Guess what this will be used for one of these days?  Can you say Hub’s EZ Pastrami??

When I get around to making the pastrami, I’ll post more pictures.
