It is going to be a long day today .
i got the family for supper and i make merguez north African spicy sausages .
so i need a good breakfast .
Fried some onion till soft . added the ,Way out West Trail Dust .
mixed 2 eggs with cream and cheddar cheese salt and black pepper .
poured it over the onion and here it is.
The Way out West Trail Dust combo with the eggs gives it a great taste .
This is a yummy omelet .
