Yes, it is!!  And, really good, too.  The key is to remove all fat content.  That's why I selected tenderloin.  Not much fat content.  I am looking forward to making some salmon tartare, too.

Nice looking steak tartare! Like with ceviche... only use the best and freshest ingredients. (I have some ground Waygu in the fridge now... I might have to try that tomorrow.)

I'd love to have a plate of that right now... 90 degrees and 85% humidity... too hot to cook!

My Dad would have loved that dish, but alas I just cannot bring myself to try Steak Tartare.
