Man that do look good! Gonna have to try that with some of the dried beef I did a couple weeks ago. You should try making your own DB, it's no harder than Canadian bacon, just takes a while longer but it turns out really good.

Sorry, I misunderstood.  I bought my dried beef from a PA butcher shop.
