beef chilli
« Reply #-1 on: August 18, 2015, 12:51:41 PM »
In my way of eating , " low carbs high fat " i cant eat beans so i tried to do a cauliflower chilli .
fry in olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic .
added
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
2 cups of chicken stoke
1 lb mince beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
i put 4 tbsp of sriracha
bring to boil and simmer for 2 hours or till it thickens .
in a fireproof i put the cauliflower with salt and paprika
in a oven on 350 f to soften
add the meat and add on top grated cheddar cheese or american cheese .
back to the oven till the cheese browned .
It turned to be a real hit at supper.
I will do it again .

Cauliflower instead of beans in chili?  Heck yeah, I'll try it!

That looks outstanding, Ahron!

P.S. Can't wait to see you in another month or so!
