Rib Eye steak
« Reply #-1 on: September 07, 2015, 06:30:27 PM »
Well I have not cooked in a while. All my cooking equipment is currently in storage. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball. I am currently renting a room from a very nice lady but cannot have all my cooking equipment there. Once I get my own place again things will be back to normal. Until then I must make due.

But I had a real hankering for some steak. I went to my local Albertson's and found they had nice Rib Eyes on sale. So I picked up two...

I then coated them with Sea Salt and fresh cracked pepper. They were then left in the fridge in open air overnight...

Then went to Lowe's and picked up one of these...

And these too...

Really simple to assemble...

Fire her up...

Looking good...

All done...

My plate...

Inside view...

Buuurrrrpppp... that was good :P
