80 Pounds of Beef Ribs - Follow Up
« Reply #-1 on: September 21, 2015, 07:38:08 PM »
My wife helped me pack up the 85 pounds of beef ribs for delivery last Wednesday.  While packing for our trip to Paducah today, I came across one pack that was hiding in the back of the refrigerator.  Guess what’s for dinner tonight?  Put them in the oven to warm them up nicely.  The smell in the kitchen was heavenly.  Not quite bacon heavenly, but close.  I was amazed at how red the meat was.  It had been on the grill for at least 4 hours.  Melt in you mouth good.

Now these bones are clean!  They might even pass Pappy’s inspection.

They really were good!

Actually, I have an 18 pound package in the freezer for a future cook.  I may need some help eating all those ribs.  Any takers?
