Found the link on Field and Stream Online.  I think this will take you right to the video. If not find the "blue" words in the paragraph and click them.
 This is not BBQ in my world and I would just hit it real hot on the grill at the end myself but I bet it's tasty this way.

Looked good, may not be real BBQ as we say but a lot of sous vide ain't BBQ either.

I would give it a try but I don't own a sous vide machine
