Leftover meatloaf is the perfect meal when you don't really want to cook!
And honestly I originally had 1/2 the gravy on everything, but then I thought of you and Hub.  And the ladle came back out! :D

So close, so close!  I'm seeing your intent here but I can't help but point out that there are spots of potato and meat that are bare and exposed to the elements.  Also, I do not see a side bowl of gravy for dipping or drinking  ::)

Ahron it's very simple. I make stock using bones and freeze into 2 C. containers.

1/4 C butter
1/4 C Wondra flour
2 C beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
for extra flavor I add a bit of dried mushroom powder

Melt butter in a small pan, whisk in flour to make a roux. Stir for a few minutes.
Add stock slowly, whisking until smooth. Add S&P to taste, add a bit of mushroom powder if you have.
