We are all kind of conditioned to the "fast shake on and cook" methods for rubs. BUt - for a couple of things I make, if you slow down, and use them as a marinade - it will shock you how much better it will taste. Really happy that you marinaded with M-3. Now you know... ;)

great.  then what my wife said is true.  that i'm coming back as a pig because i eat so much of them.  she said, just look at all the ribs, butts and chops you have eaten.  your diffently coming back as a pig.  FINE.  well, i hope the person who smokes me knows what they doing.  over charcoal you idiot.  throw some pecan on the fire.   ;)

The idea of Tee going door to door dressed in Super Pig underwear and a cape is very unsettling. It is going to take several beers to get that mental image out of my head.
