 Pictures 4,5 & 7 wound be acceptable to eat.  I'll try a lot of things and cow tongue is something I would try.  But I would prefer it look like one of those pictures when I do.

As a Young Mormon boy I grew up on Beef Tongue, horse meat, Powdered milk, non sweetened cereals like only cheerio's and Grape nuts. Now that I am a Old Jack Mormon I get to enjoy Fresh milk, some select cuts of meat and sweetened cereal if I so desire, Bourbon, coffee. Etc... I liked the tongue my mom made in the pressure cooker and sliced thinly it made a grand sandwich. Nice Job Don!!
