Found a filet in the freezer so it's friday night steak night...
I am so loving my weber performer!
I used the last flush of my Rebel Yell for a finishing sauce.

I had some Weber Chicago steak seasoning someone gave me and it's great.

This is a rare execellt tomato... Very elusive these days..
