Hot and Fast Burgers

Just finished eating one of the BEST burgers I've had in a while. First I got the Keg going nice and hot and then put some eight once burgers on for a hot and fast cook. I grilled six of them and that burger was so good I could easily throw another one down my throat but I'll resist. Lol.........

The Keg chugging smoke big time after the burgers went on at over 600 degrees.

Nothing fancy here just a lightly grill toasted bun, fresh grated cheddar cheese, mayo and some homemade sauce.



Mmmmm...........So tender and juicy! I really don't think I could buy a better burger.

Those would make great appetizers for your JazzFest Crawfish Boil.

OBTW, just kidding (sorta) about you hosting a party for a bunch of people you don't know but if you want to meet a few of us in NOLA about that time, get with LostArrow. He more or less knows when he, Tim (teesquare), and I and whoever else shows up will be available. Morning Bloody Marys at the Seahorse on Fest days, oysters at Luke or beer and stuff at Coop's are always favorites.
