I was late getting home from work, so, simple, quick, and tasty was on the menu.

I have some leftover brisket from a recent contest . . . that's a good beginning.

Wait, my neighbor gave us a big bag of fresh spinach from his garden . . . it's starting come together.

Ahhhh, Farfalla . . . . add a little brisket Au Jus and dinner is served ! ! !
