I'd be down with trying that....

and for the record, Mayo has it's place on a hot dog...  If you aren't familiar with them, Google "Tucson Sonoran Hot Dog"

so good.

They are the reason I could never live there....

This does not look good to me but after the holiday I got to try it.....

I love the stuff!  If you like Parmesan on popcorn, then you will love Mexican-style Corn.

The owner of the local Mexican restaurant introduced us to Elote some years ago, and ironically he is originally from Cotija, the town the cheese is named after.

I just use Queso Fresco, when we make it.
