Stuffed Bell Peppers
« Reply #-1 on: May 23, 2016, 11:50:58 AM »
I did these last weekend but never got to post them.
I had some extra potato's so I baked them on the gas grill. I saute'd sweet onions,  mushrooms  and some wild garlic.  Mixed it all up with salt, pepper, sour cream and three cheese's.
Placed it in pepper halves and cooked over charcoal.
They turned out really well.

Served them with some Spring Mountain chickens and Italian bread..

Made some Deviled Eggs heavy on the Wickles Pickle Relish and Jalapenos... I could eat these things till the cows come home!!!!

Terry, a very innovative and delicious idea. Love the jalapenos on the deviled eggs.

That all looks great Terry!

I can finish off an entire tray of deviled eggs. Of course the people around me suffer later :P
