A quick Shrimp & pasta dish with a twist for me
« Reply #-1 on: June 08, 2016, 05:38:44 PM »
I need to race to the club tonight for a meeting & shrimp were on sale at stop N shop.

So I tried a new twist tonight   I cooked shrimp & pasta in a pan with Pepper, salt Parm &  butter but I wanted a little extra flavor so I put in some onion straws as I cooked the pasta not after.......Turned out nice for a quick supper tonight. I also had a little salad to go with it.

I will do this again ;)  As I love the crunch it added.
