Buffalo Burger Patty Melt 'n Fries
« Reply #-1 on: June 12, 2016, 03:38:11 PM »
Cold smoked a couple of buffalo burgers with oak for about an hour.

-----

Cooked the burgers indirect, then gave the burgers a final sear over the coals while french fries cooked indirect.

-----

-----

Grilled the patty melts in a cast iron pan.

-----

The patty melts had fried onions, swiss and american cheese... good eating!

-----

Thanks for looking!

Yes, just a frozen bag of Ore-Ida crinkle fires. Have made them this way several times and it works well!

All right than I sure will give that a try.  Is any temp to high or not to worry?

I do the same thing.  Most of the times I will season the fries with a BBQ rub that compliments my protein.

Great looking plate ! ! !
