One of Kerry's kids brought some over that didn't get eaten.  I put them out for the chickens and they didn't want them either. If they won't eat something I'm sure not eating it.

Before I could throw the chips away, my dear wife said, "Let me take them back to the grocery store and see if I can get a refund or replacement."  OK, go for it.

She just returned home after successfully getting our money back.  I think I'll keep her around.

I'd probably drop over dead if someone could tell me how much money Mrs TF has saved our household in 31 years of marriage by being willing to return/bargain shop/tell the grocery store they overcharged for a sale item/etc etc etc. She'll take a receipt back to the grocery the next time we go in if we got overcharged by a quarter on something. I'm way to easygoing I guess, but I'd never do it. I just say "you go on over to the courtesy counter, I'll be in produce"!

Why do I suddenly have a craving for a bag of Fritos and a bottle of hot sauce?
